Scrambled eggs on toast with smoked trout.

The Queen Anne Cottage platter:
Egg (fried, poached, scrambled), bacon with marmalade sauce, pork
sausage, black pudding, tomato, mushrooms (wild ones if we are lucky
enough to find some!)
Toasted white or wholemeal bread
Home-made marmalade and preserves

Caffetiere, decaffeinated
Tea
